AXIS will create a customized, web-based evaluation and certification generation portal for your activity/conference using our proprietary portal. Your participants will be required to create an account to enter the portal so that their records are secure and password protected.

• Certificate Generation: Once participants enter the portal and complete their evaluations, their certificate(s) is/are available for them for print. Participants may also e-mail their certificate(s).
• CPEMonitor: This national, electronic database offers state boards of pharmacy the opportunity to electronically authenticate the CPE units completed by their licensees, rather than requiring pharmacists and technicians to submit their proof-of-completion statements upon request or for random audits. With our electronic, web-based portal, CE records for your pharmacists and pharmacy technician participants are seamlessly uploaded to CPEMonitor.
• NABVerify: The National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) launched NABVerify in July of 2017. Long-term care administrators will enter a personal registry number into the AXIS portal. It is a number beginning with an R followed by 7 digits. AXIS will load the registry number and contact hour(s) records into NABVerify within the require timeframe.

Using our proprietary web-based portal, AXIS will manage the evaluation of the activity for you. We use a standard evaluation tool that includes some required questions. AXIS will gladly add any additional question(s) you would like to gain further insight into and evaluation of your activity.

AXIS can help you demonstrate the long-term impact of the educational activity by working with you to develop and distribute a customized outcomes measurement survey.

After an activity is completed, AXIS will manage certificate processing, records retention, and data storage. Our custom electronic, web-based portal was developed for ease of use by learners. In addition, AXIS will manage the automatic upload of all required information to CPEMonitor for pharmacists and NABVerify for Long-Term Care Administrators.
